LG has released Optimus One P500 in October 2010, till then it has gained lots of achievements from all over the world and LG also boosted up the sale for this handset to that much extent that it is still the most loveable smartphone which is currently available in the market.
LG promised to its Optimus One user that very soon they will be going to push the updated version of Android (Gingerbread) for it and (now the time has arrived) it is expected that in this month itself the update will start rolling out. A video uploaded by LG on Youtube, showcases the LG Optimus One with 2.3.3 OS on-board.
Although, its 600 MHz ARM 11 processor, Adreno 200 GPU, Qualcomm MSM7227 chipset and 512 MB RAM will sure bit the benchmark to run Gingerbread OS on it smoothly and it will become more stable and even better after receiving the update from LG.
Optimus One P500 comes with features like 3.2-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen display, 3.15 MP camera, 3G, Wi-Fi, A-GPS and 1500mAh of battery life. LG has done a great job by releasing such a nice smartphone at an unbeatable price of INR 10,000.
