Rohit, connect your Optimus One with the Pc suite and check for update. If you are not able to see any update option available then I recommend you to first update your LG Pc suite, if you don’t have and then try again.

I’ve updated the LG PC suite and checked nothing happened. It says you already have latest version (V10E).
Even I downloaded the mobile update tool you’ve mentioned, but no difference.

Can you please help me to upgrade to Gingerbread?

can you please tell me which way is better to update through pc suite or by giving it to the service centre??

If you don’t know how to update through PC suite then you can go to service center otherwise doing the upgrade process by yourself will be best.
